Tree Sale Disclaimers:  No refunds or cancellations will be given after the order deadline of March 31, 2025. The Saginaw Conservation District does not guarantee survival of live plant material, all liability ends at distribution.   The Saginaw Conservation District reserves the right to cancel orders and to offer refund or product substitution due to circumstances beyond our control.  Orders not picked up on April 17, 2025, will be charged a $10.00 late fee if prior arrangements have not been made.  Orders not picked up by April 23, 2025, will be made available for resale or donation and will not be refunded.  It is unlawful for these trees to be resold with the roots attached in accordance with the Insect Pest & plant Disease Act.  PA 189 of 1931 as amended. Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be charged a $25 servicing fee.
